Function and Duties of the Committee
The primary purpose and function of the Groton Republican Town Committee shall be to recruit and cause to be nominated, elected and/or appointed responsible members of the party to any elective or appointed office in the Town of Groton and the state and national levels.It shall also be a function of the Groton Republican Town Committee to study, investigate, and make recommendations upon any major issues, problems and needs affecting the residents of the Town of Groton.
Further, it shall be a function of the Groton Republican Town Committee to provide financial support for candidates and activities of the Groton Republican Town Committee.
